A draft Oak Harbor school replacement levy will be up for public discussion over the next two Mondays, giving community members two chances to comment on the proposal.

Oak Harbor Educational Foundation (OHEF) toured local schools this week, handing out 16 grant awards totaling $16,000 to help students get out of the classroom and get hands-on experience in a variety of subjects.
