OHPS Brand Guide

OHPS Brand Guide

Two smiling children are featured in an advertisement for school enrollment.

Any public-facing materials that represent the district and our schools should adhere to the district’s Brand Guide and be reviewed by the district communications team. Use or reference approved templates for style consistency.

  • A consistent brand and identity is essential to connecting our schools and community. Only official logos should be used when representing Oak Harbor Public Schools in any capacity. Any use outside of our district needs to be approved by the Oak Harbor Public Schools Communication Department.
  • The full color logo is the preferred logo. When it is necessary to reproduce the logo on a dark background, use white transparent logos.
  • No changes or substitutions to official logos should be made without approval from the district’s Communications Officer.
  • Do not modify the colors, text, or graphic elements of the OHPS logo. Logo fonts should never be substituted, stretched, condensed, or changed.
  • Maintain the proportions (scale). The scale/size of the logo may be adjusted to fit the needs of the layout, but do not stretch or distort.
  • Logo resources should not be shared with any outside organization without the permission of the Communications Department.
