Small Teams Budget Advisory Committee

The Small Teams Budget Advisory Committee was first established during the 2023-2024 school year to provide input to decision-making for the 2024-2025 school budget. The committee reconvened for budget planning for the 2025-2026 school year with the purpose of:

  • Identify priorities that will inform the superintendent’s decision-making to balance the 2025-2026 school year budget and beyond while maintaining the district focus.
  • Become an informed and accountable advisory committee for our #OneOakHarbor community.
  • Support sound decision making practices grounded in our Strategic plan.

An application was sent out to the community for those interested in joining the committee to support with the work and new members will be added after review of applications.
