OHPS Budget & Finances
The Business Services Department is responsible for developing and maintaining the district’s $91 million annual budget and overseeing payroll and benefits for over 800 employees. The department also provides revenue and expenditure analysis; staffing and enrollment analysis; and levy, bond, and debt calculations and analysis. In alignment with the foundations of our strategic plan, we are committed to ensuring Oak Harbor Public Schools maintains strong fiscal integrity and state of the art facilities.

In 2024, The Washington State Auditor’s Office presented Oak Harbor Public Schools with the State Auditor’s Stewardship Award  for outstanding stewardship and responsible management of public funds.
