Capital Facilities Advisory Committee

Overview & Purpose

The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) began in the 2023-2024 school year to work collaboratively with Oak Harbor Public Schools to analyze facilities planning data, develop project options, and make a recommendation to the School Board of Directors for future capital improvement projects. The committee consists of community members, staff and parent/guardians.

Meeting & Minutes

The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee meets once a month on the second Tuesday at 6 PM. Locations vary and will be updated as soon as a location is secured. 

  • October 8 at 6 PM
  • November 13 at 6 PM (Wednesday meeting due to holiday)
  • December 10 at 6 PM
  • February 11 at 6 PM
  • March 11 at 6 PM
  • April 15 at 6 PM (Moved to the third week because of Spring Break)
  • May 13 at 6 PM
  • June 10 at 6 PM
